Digital Decoder offers web development, design, SEO optimization, and other digital solutions. The specifics of each service will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal.
A contract or written agreement must be signed before the commencement of any project. Payments are made in accordance with the agreed-upon schedule. Late payments may incur additional fees. Digital Decoder reserves the right to suspend services if payments are not made on time.
The client must provide all necessary materials, including text, images, and brand assets, in a timely manner. The client is responsible for reviewing and approving the work within the agreed timeline.
Minor revisions are included within the agreed-upon scope of work. Additional modifications beyond the original scope may incur extra costs.
Digital Decoder offers hosting services through third-party providers, including Hostinger for hosting and Cloudflare for DNS and security services. The general terms and conditions of these providers apply to the hosting and DNS services. Digital Decoder is responsible for managing and supporting the hosted websites unless otherwise agreed upon. However, Digital Decoder is not liable for disruptions or outages in hosting or DNS services that are beyond its control, including issues arising from Hostinger or Cloudflare.
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final design and website code. Digital Decoder retains the right to showcase the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without prior consent.
Digital Decoder is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. The client is responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations regarding their website and content.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches its obligations. No refunds will be provided for work already completed.
